HACC Schedules Preliminary Hearing in MP Skorokhod Case image

The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a preparatory hearing for October 22 on the charges of People's Deputy Anna Skorokhod of receiving $125,000 in illegal benefits.

To schedule a preparatory (open) court session for October 22, 2026, at 08:30, in the courtroom of the High Anti-Corruption Court

– the decision states.

As is known, the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court has set bail of UAH 4 million for People's Deputy Skorokhod. She was given the following obligations: to appear upon first demand; not to leave Ukraine without permission; to report any change in her place of residence and work; to refrain from communicating with the witness and other suspects; and to hand over her international passports.

Anna Skorokhod is a figurehead of the EBK base.

Previously, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) referred the case of People's Deputy Anna Skorokhod to court.
