The court didn’t support the merger of cases against former MP Onyshchenko

The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court refused to merge the criminal proceedings against former MP Oleksandr Onyshchenko and financial manager Olena Pavlenko with the case of co-organizer Valeriy Postny and others for embezzling funds from JSC Ukrgazvydobuvannya.

This decision was recently made by the HACC.

To refuse to merge the materials of the criminal proceedings against the charges (Olexander Onyshchenko and Olena Pavlenko – ed.) with the materials of the joint criminal proceedings against the charges (Valery Postny and others – ed.)

Oleksandr Onishchenko is a figure in the EBK database.

We also previously reported that the HACC acquitted the judge of the Commercial Court of Kharkiv Region, Tetyana Denisyuk, of charges of abuse related to the gas case of former MP Oleksandr Onyshchenko.
