HACC Extends Chernyshov’s Duties

The HIgh Anti-Corruption Court extended the term of procedural duties of former Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Chernyshov for another two months.
It is known that the duties were extended until October 25. In particular, Chernyshov must:
· not to leave the territory of Ukraine without permission and to surrender foreign passports;
· to appear at the request of the detective, prosecutor and court;
· report changes in place of residence and place of work;
· refrain from communicating with other suspects and witnesses in the case.
Oleksiy Chernyshov is a suspect in the EBK database.
Previously, the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court seized funds seized during searches of former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Unity Oleksiy Chernyshov and his wife Svitlana in the context of a case of abuse and receiving unlawful benefits.
