HACC Extends Duties for Prosecutor Gunko

The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the term of office of Oleg Gunko, a prosecutor of the Prosecutor General's Office, until September 14. The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office accuses him of receiving illegal benefits.
As is known, the anti-corruption court extended Hunko's arrest with alternative bail. Money was deposited for Gunko and he was released from custody. The suspect was given the following obligations: to appear upon every request; not to leave Kyiv without permission; to report a change of residence; to refrain from communicating with four persons; to hand over his foreign passports and to wear an electronic bracelet.
Later, the electronic bracelet was removed from him, but the rest of the obligations remained unchanged. The SAPO prosecutor requested that they be continued.
To extend the term of the duties assigned to the accused (Gunko) for two months. To establish the term of the duties assigned to the accused until September 14, 2025 inclusive.
