HACC Extends Obligations for Suspect in Solskyi Case image

The High Anti-Corruption Court extended the term of office of Yevhen Tozlovan until March 21. NABU and SAPO suspect him of involvement in the case of former Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Mykola Solsky.

As is known, the Appeals Chamber increased Tozlovan's bail to UAH 10 million.

He was left with the following list of obligations: to appear upon every request; not to leave Ukraine without permission; to report any change in his place of residence and work; to refrain from communicating with other suspects in this criminal proceeding and with witnesses regarding the circumstances set forth in the written notice of suspicion and to surrender his foreign passports. The SAPO prosecutor requested that these obligations be extended.

The motion is granted. To extend for the term of the resolution the term of the obligations imposed on the suspect (Tozlovan – ed.) in connection with the application of a preventive measure in the form of bail to him. The term of the resolution is two months, until March 21, 2025 inclusive, but within the term of the pre-trial investigation

Recall, NABU and SAPO reported suspicions to the Minister of Agricultural Policy Mykola Solsky, his deputy and other defendants. According to the investigation, the participants in the scheme ensured the destruction of documents on the basis of which two state enterprises in Sumy region had the right to permanent use of land. Due to their absence, the regional State Geocadastre drew up an act on the unauthorized occupation of these plots.

Previously, the Appeals Court left the bail for the former head of the economic court unchanged.
