HACC Appeals Extends Duties for Vlasenkova

The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court extended the term of office of the former judge of the liquidated District Administrative Court of Kyiv, Olena Vlasenkova.
Vlesenkova was also ordered to: surrender her foreign passports; not travel outside the city of Kyiv and Kyiv region without the permission of the prosecutor or the court; and wear an electronic bracelet. The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office asked the court to extend these obligations.
The prosecutor's motion is granted. The term of the duties imposed on the accused (Vlasenkova - ed.) by the verdict of the High Anti-Corruption Court of June 11, 2025 is extended until the verdict enters into legal force.
Olena Vlasenkova is a figurehead of the EBK base.
As is known, the anti-corruption court found former judge Vlasenkova guilty of receiving unlawful benefit. She was sentenced to 5.5 years in prison, with a ban on holding positions in state authorities for 3 years, and confiscation of all property.
