As a reminder, NABU, SBU and SAPO have exposed two officials of the Armament Command of the Logistics Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for corruption. According to the investigation, the heads of two structural units of the Central Directorate for Aviation and Air Defense Armament of the KSL of the Armed Forces of Ukraine abused their official position in favor of representatives of two private companies, ensuring their victory in tenders for the purchase of aviation components.

With the assistance of officials, price proposals from a predetermined group of participants were submitted for consideration by the commission, which was supposed to create the appearance of competition. Instead, more profitable commercial proposals from another participant were either deliberately distorted or completely ignored. As a result, the Logistics Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine concluded unprofitable contracts and overpaid for products by UAH 27.3 million.

We also reported that the HACC appointed defense attorneys for Onyshchenko and Pavlenko.
