HACC to Review Another Case Against MP Trubitsyn

The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a hearing on the merits of the case against Kyiv City Council member Vladyslav Trubitsyn and his two assistants, Ilya Lif and Artem Belinsky, for receiving illegal benefits for appointing the director of the Zhytniy Rynok municipal enterprise. The deputy will be tried in absentia.

To schedule a trial of the criminal proceedings on the charges of (Trubitsyn, Belinsky and Leaf – ed.) committing a criminal offense under Part 4 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, in an open court session at the premises of the Supreme Court of Justice on February 21, 2025 at 11:15. To conduct special court proceedings in the criminal proceedings against (Trubitsyn – ed.) the accused of committing a criminal offense under Part 4 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine
