HACC to review case of Rivne Regional Council deputy head image

The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a hearing for March 11 in the case against Deputy Chairman of the Rivne Regional Council Serhiy Svystaliuk, accused of receiving 500,000 hryvnias of illegal gain.

This decision was made by the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

To schedule a preparatory court hearing in criminal proceedings on charges (of Svistaliuk – ed.) of committing criminal offenses provided for in Part 4 of Article 368, Part 3 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, for 1:00 p.m. on March 11, 2025 in the premises of the High Anti-Corruption Court

– the court decision states.

As is known, the anti-corruption court set a bail of UAH 500,000 for the deputy head of the Rivne Regional Council.

We also reported earlier that the Supreme Court of Appeals has assigned criminal proceedings to consider on the merits against judges of the Kyiv Court of Appeal Viktor Hlynyany, Yuriy Slyva, Vyacheslav Dzyubin, and Igor Palenyk for receiving $35,000 in illegal benefits.
