HACC to try four Kyiv Court of Appeal judges

The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled for consideration on the merits of the criminal proceedings against judges of the Kyiv Court of Appeal Viktor Hlynyany, Yuriy Slyva, Vyacheslav Dzyubin, and Igor Palenyk for receiving $35,000 in illegal benefits.
The Anti-Corruption Court completed the preparatory hearing and rejected a number of defense motions, in particular, regarding permission to conduct covert investigative search actions in the case, additional evidence, etc.
To schedule a trial of the criminal proceedings against (Viktor Hlynyany, Yuriy Slyva, Vyacheslav Dzyubin and Igor Palenyk – ed.), each of whom is separately accused of committing a criminal offense under Part 3 of Article 28, Part 4 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, for March 10, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.
Let us remind you that Yuriy Slyva , Igor Palenyk , and Vyacheslav Dzyubin are suspects in the EBK base.
Previously, the Supreme Court of Appeals canceled part of the duties assigned to judges of the Kyiv Court of Appeal Viktor Hlynyany and Yuriy Slyva, whom the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office accuses of receiving illegal benefits.
