HACC rejects expert examination request in AMCU chief Kyrylenko case
The High Anti-Corruption Court did not order a forensic technical examination of documents within the framework of criminal proceedings on charges of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee, Pavlo Kyrylenko, and his wife Alla, of illegal enrichment and false declaration.

As is known, the anti-corruption court refused to arrest Kyrylenko and released him on bail of UAH 30.28 million. He was also given responsibilities.

Earlier, the High Anti-Corruption Court extended the term of office of the head of the Antimonopoly Committee, Pavlo Kyrylenko, until July 18. In addition, the court extended the term of office of Kyrylenko's wife, Alla, until July 18. She has the same list of obligations, except for surrendering her passport.
