SAPO to send ex-MP Logvynskyi’s case to court in October
After October 1, the SAPO will send to court an indictment against former MP Heorhiy Logvinskyi and others for embezzling over UAH 54 million in state funds.
It was until this date that the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court of June 19 limited the time for the defense to review the investigation materials.
To set the defense party, with the exception of the suspect Babin Borys Volodymyrovych and his defense attorney, as well as the representative of the victim JSC "Rodovid Bank" - the authorized person of the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals, a period of up to and including October 1, 2026 to familiarize themselves with the materials of the pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings, after the expiration of which the defense party and the victim are considered to have exercised their right to access them
Heorhiy Logvinsky is a suspect in the EBK database.
