HACC Again Extends Investigation in Shurma Case image

The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended until October 21 the investigation into the case of the embezzlement of UAH 141 million on the "green" tariff, in which the former Deputy Head of the Presidential Office, Rostyslav Shurma, was suspected .

This decision was recently made by the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

The NABU detective's request is partially granted. The term of the pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is extended to 9 (nine) months from the date of notification of the person about the suspicion, i.e. until October 21, 2026.
