The Cassation Criminal Court of the Supreme Court left the sentence of the former acting director of the state enterprise "Chervony Zhemelorob" Lyubov Reva unchanged, finally confirming 7 years of imprisonment for her. This was reported by the press service of the SAPO.

The Supreme Court rejected the defense's cassation appeals and agreed with the previous decisions of the courts, in particular the High Anti-Corruption Court and its Appellate Chamber.

By the verdict of the HACC dated March 10, 2025, Lyubov Reva was found guilty of committing criminal offenses under the heading of attempted misappropriation of property and official forgery. She was sentenced to 7 years and 1 month in prison with confiscation of part of her property and a ban on holding certain positions.

On May 21, 2025, the Appeals Chamber of the HACC partially granted the defense's appeal and reduced the sentence by one month, leaving the other parts of the sentence unchanged.

The Supreme Court, after considering the appeal, confirmed the legality of the decisions of the previous instances and upheld the final sentence - 7 years of imprisonment, a ban on holding managerial and administrative positions at enterprises with a state share for 3 years, as well as confiscation of 1/2 of the property.

It is noted that the convict is already serving her sentence.

Let us remind you that Lyubov Reva is a figurehead of the EBK base.

We also reported earlier that the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court upheld the verdict sentencing former judge of the liquidated District Administrative Court of Kyiv, Olena Vlasenkova, to 5.5 years in prison for receiving illegal benefits. She was taken into custody in the courtroom.
