HCJ Suspends Judge Shcherbyna

The High Council of Justice suspended until October 4, judge of the Pavlohrad City District Court of the Dnipropetrovsk region, Oleksandr Shcherbyna, from administering justice.

The High Council of Justice decided: to partially satisfy the petition of the Deputy Prosecutor General - Head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office Klymenko Oleksandr Vasylovych. To temporarily suspend until October 4 the judge of the Pavlohrad City District Court of the Dnipropetrovsk region, Shcherbyna Oleksandr Oleksandrovich, from administering justice in connection with being brought to criminal liability

We also previously reported that the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court extended the term of office of the former judge of the liquidated District Administrative Court of Kyiv, Olena Vlasenkova.
