SAP refers case of ex-Odesa deputy mayor to court

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office has sent an indictment to the court against former Deputy Mayor of Odessa Oleg Bryndak in the case of the criminal organization of Boris Kaufman and Alex Borukhovich in Odessa.

This is stated in the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court.

To schedule a preparatory court hearing in criminal proceedings on charges (of Oleg Bryndak – ed.) of committing criminal offenses provided for in Part 3 of Article 255, Part 4 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, for 2:20 p.m. on March 24, 2025 at the premises of the High Anti-Corruption Court

The next hearing is scheduled for 3:00 PM on March 28. The case is being heard by HACC Judge Vira Mykhailenko.
