NABU completes probe into ex-head of Khmelnytskyi MSEC and family

NABU and SAPO have completed the investigation into the case of suspicion of the former head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC, deputy of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council Tetyana Krupa, her husband and son in illegal enrichment, false declaration and legalization of funds.
This is reported by the press services of the authorities, but they do not indicate the names of those involved.
According to media reports, it is Krupa and her family who are being investigated. She was recently released from custody after posting bail.
The SAPO prosecutor made a decision to complete the pre-trial investigation in the case against the former head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC, a former deputy of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council, her husband and son. The actions of the individuals were qualified under Part 2 of Art. 366-2, Art. 368-5 and Part 2 of Art. 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The pre-trial investigation was initiated by the State Bureau of Investigation, and in October last year the case was transferred to the NABU for investigation.
Tetyana Krupa and her son Oleksandr are suspects in the EBK base.
