HACC Appeals Chamber Keeps Krupa in Custody with UAH 112M Bail

The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court remanded in custody with the alternative of UAH 112 million in bail the former head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC, Tetyana Krupa.
This was reported by the press service of the AC HACC, but did not mention the name of the suspect. According to media reports, it is Krupa. Recently, the court extended her arrest for another two months and reduced the bail to 112 million UAH.
On June 4, the Supreme Court of Justice of Ukraine upheld the decision of the investigating judge of the Supreme Court of Justice of Ukraine dated May 15, 2025, on the extension of the term of the preventive measure for the former head of one of the regional centers of medical and social expertise in the form of detention with the alternative of paying a bail of UAH 112 million. Based on the results of the consideration, the panel of judges of the Supreme Court of Justice of Ukraine dismissed the appeal of the defense, and the decision of the investigating judge of the Supreme Court of Justice of Ukraine remained unchanged.
Tetyana Krupa and her son Oleksandr are suspects in the EBK base.
As a reminder, the State Bureau of Investigation announced the exposure of the head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise, Tetyana Krupa, and her son Oleksandr, who holds a managerial position in the main department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Khmelnytskyi region, in illegal enrichment.
We also previously reported that the Supreme Court of Ukraine extended until October 5 the pre-trial investigation into the case of suspicion of the head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEK, deputy of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council, Tetyana Krupa, in illegal enrichment.
