HACC to Hear Volyn Customs Case on June 11 image

The High Anti-Corruption Court has assigned for consideration on the merits of criminal proceedings regarding a criminal organization at the Volyn Customs, the activities of which caused losses to the state in the amount of more than UAH 475 million.

To schedule a trial in open court in criminal proceedings No. 52018000000001172 dated November 29, 2018 in the premises of the High Anti-Corruption Court for June 11, 2025 at 12:00

– the decision of the Supreme Court of Justice states.

As is known, the organizer of the case is considered to be a former employee of the Security Service of Ukraine, Oleksandr Gromyk. Together with him, the following are accused in the case: a member of the organization, Volodymyr Borysevich; Oksana Shevchuk; a former state inspector of the customs post "Yagodyn" of the Volyn customs Mykola Kolyada; the head of the middle level of the criminal organization Andriy Radobenko; former customs officers of the "Yagodyn" post Oleksandr Kostina, Svitlana Bukatevych, Lyudmila Pysarska, Mykola Berestyuk, Oleg Martynov, Oleksandr Veremchuk, Ihor Ivaniv, Natalia Dudkevych and Olesya Starushyk.

Earlier it also became known that former employee of the Security Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Gromyk mobilized into the Defense Forces of Ukraine , which is why the hearing of his case was stopped.
