As indicated, Komarnytsky's lawyer filed a complaint against the notice of suspicion. In his opinion, the served suspicion is unfounded and asked to cancel it. On January 22, the HACC refused to do so. Therefore, Komarnytsky's lawyer filed an appeal against this decision.
The appeal of the defense attorney shall be dismissed, and the ruling of the investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court of January 22, 2026 shall be left unchanged.
Let us remind you that Denys Komarnytsky is a person involved in the EBK base.
As a reminder, NABU and SAPO conducted searches at the home of Denys Komarnytsky, the former co-chair of the Leonid Chernovetskyi Bloc faction in the Kyiv City Council.
