Appeal Upholds Suspicion Against Former Ukrgasvydobuvannya Official

The Appeal Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court saw no grounds to lift the suspicion against Yevhen Stashenko, the former head of the strategic oil service projects department of JSC Ukrgazvydobuvannya, in the case of UAH 211 million in losses for the company during the execution of a contract to increase natural gas production by a private foreign company.

As is known, the anti-corruption court did not cancel the suspicion against Stashenka . His defense attorney filed an appeal against this decision.

The appeal is to be dismissed. The ruling of the investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated 09.12.2024 is to be left unchanged.
