HACC to Begin Trial of Zaporizhzhia Regional Council Deputy Head

The High Anti-Corruption Court has assigned to consider the merits of criminal proceedings on charges of Deputy Chairman of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Council Vladyslav Kutsenko and two other individuals for providing more than UAH 650,000 of illegal benefits to the director of the "Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine".

To schedule a trial in open court on the basis of the indictment in criminal proceedings on charges of (Kutsenko – ed.) of committing a criminal offense under Part 3 of Article 27, Part 4 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, (Vyacheslav Kolesnikov – ed.) of committing a criminal offense under Part 4 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and (Olexander Chyzhelikov – ed.) of committing a criminal offense under Part 5 of Article 27, Part 4 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, on January 23, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. in the courtroom of the Supreme Court of Justice of Ukraine

It was previously reported that the SAPO referred the case of the deputy chairman of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Council to court.

We also recall that Vladyslav Kutsenko and Oleksandr Chyzhelikov are suspects in the EBK base.
