The Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court will consider an appeal against the verdict sentencing the former director of the Poltavapalivo utility company Mykola Horyaschenko to 3 years and 4 months in prison .

As is known, the High Anti-Corruption Court found Mykola Horyaschenko, the former director of Poltavapalivo, guilty. He was sentenced to 3 years and 4 months in prison with a 1-year ban on holding certain positions and a fine of UAH 8,500.

To open an appeal proceeding on the appeal of the accused (Goryashchenko) against the verdict of the HACC of June 5, 2026 in criminal proceedings on the accusation of (Goryashchenko) in committing a criminal offense under Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. To set a deadline of July 23, 2026 for the participants in the proceedings to submit objections to the appeal to the AC of the HACC
