Appeal Keeps Ex-MP Vecherko Under Arrest

The Appellate Chamber of the Higher Anti-Corruption Court left former People's Deputy Volodymyr Vecherko under arrest in absentia, whom NABU and SAP suspect of organizing abuses that led to more than UAH 12 million in losses.

Such a decision was made by AC HACC.

As you know, the anti-corruption court took Vecherka into custody in absentia. His lawyer filed an appeal against this decision .
