"Patients" were fictitiously admitted to the hospital and fictitious diagnoses were written. In addition, one of the participants simulated surgical operations on clients, and even made medical incisions for authenticity. The law enforcement officers conducted a series of searches of the doctors, as a result of which they seized: $39,500; 7,500 euros; more than 140,000 hryvnias; equipment: mobile phones, laptop, flash drives; draft records, foreign passports, medical documentation and doctors' stamps.
