HQCJ member Luhanskyi has obligations extended

The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the term of office of Volodymyr Luhansky, a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine , until July 15. The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office accuses him of illegally receiving 576 thousand hryvnias.
As is known, the anti-corruption court applied a preventive measure in the form of bail to Luhansky. He was also assigned the following obligations: to appear upon first demand; to report a change of residence and/or work; not to leave the territory of Ukraine without permission; not to communicate with witnesses; to hand over his foreign passports. The SAPO prosecutor requested to extend these obligations for another two months.
To extend the term of the duties assigned to the accused (Luhansky) for two months. To establish the term of the duties assigned to the accused until July 15, 2026 inclusive.
