HACC extends obligations for HQCJ member Luhanskyi

The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the term of office of Volodymyr Luhansky, a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, until May 16. The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office accuses him of illegally receiving 576 thousand hryvnias.
As is known, the anti-corruption court applied a preventive measure in the form of bail to Luhansky. He was also given the following obligations: to appear upon first demand; to report any change of residence and/or work; not to leave the territory of Ukraine without permission; not to communicate with witnesses; to hand over his foreign passports for safekeeping.
The SAPO prosecutor requested that these obligations be extended for another two months.
To extend the term of office of the accused (Luhansky) for two months. To set the term of office until May 16, 2026 inclusive.
