Ex-head of Ukrecoresursy signs plea deal
The High Anti-Corruption Court has separated the materials regarding the former director of the state-owned enterprise Ukrecoresursy, Dmytro Radionov, into a separate proceeding, as he agreed to a plea agreement.
As indicated, the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requested that the materials regarding Radionov be separated into separate proceedings, since they reached a plea agreement.
The prosecutor's motion is granted. To separate into a separate court proceeding the materials of the criminal proceedings on the accusation (of Radionov) of committing a criminal offense under Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Let us remind you that Dmitry Radionov is a defendant in the EBK base.
We also previously reported that the High Anti-Corruption Court approved a plea agreement concluded with Roman Pokholchuk, a deputy of the Cherkasy Regional Council from the "For the Future" party.
