HACC Extends Procedural Duties of Ex-MSEC Head Krupa

The High Anti-Corruption Court extended the term of the procedural obligations imposed on the former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise, Tetyana Krupa.
October 5 The High Anti-Corruption Court granted the request of the SAPO prosecutor and extended the term of the procedural duties imposed on the former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise
According to the court ruling, Krupa is obliged to:
· notify the court of a change of residence;
· submit for storage to the authorized body the passport(s) for travel abroad and other documents granting the right to leave Ukraine and enter Ukraine, except for the passport of a citizen of Ukraine.
The term of the assigned duties has been extended until December 5, 2026 inclusive.
Tetyana Krupa and her son Oleksandr are suspects in the EBK base.
Previously, the High Anti-Corruption Court allowed Volodymyr and Oleksandr Krupa to participate in the next hearing via video conference due to their travel abroad for treatment.
