TCR officials were detained in Cherkasy region for evading mobilization

In Cherkasy region, law enforcement officers detained two officials of the regional TCR and SP, who organized a scheme to evade mobilization.

The investigation established that the organizer of the criminal scheme was the head of the administrative department of one of the regional TPCs, who involved his subordinate, the chief specialist of one of the departments, in illegal activities.

Using their official position, the accomplices offered help to conscripts with registration for the military and registration of deferment from the draft

Officials demanded bribes for false military registration documents and forged conclusions of the military medical commission. It was established that they received 1.5 thousand dollars and 4 thousand hryvnias.

The officials were detained with the assistance of the leadership of the regional TCR. During the searches, the investigators seized money, drafts and documents from them.

Suspects have been charged with receiving illegal benefits. They face up to 10 years in prison. Soon, the court will choose preventive measures for them.

Earlier, EBK reported that an employee of the Volodymyr-Volynsky District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support was tried in Novovolynsk. The official demanded a bribe from the leading human resources engineer of the state enterprise "Directorate for the construction of objects" for the reservation of conscripts. She did not manage to make extra money.
