As a reminder, earlier, NABU and SAPO reported the suspicion of the organizer of the embezzlement of property worth over UAH 485 million, which was arrested and transferred to the ARMA administration, to lawyer Andriy Dovbenko. He was reported in absentia as his location was not established.

According to the prosecutor's office, the organizer of the crime, the owner of a number of law firms, was charged with committing crimes under Part 3 of Article 27, Part 5 of Article 191, Part 3 of Article 27, Part 3 of Article 28, Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Previously, NABU and SAPO reported suspicions against former ARMA head Anton Yanchuk and others in fraud with seized property.

According to NABU, the seized property was transferred to ARMA under the pretext of executing court decisions. ARMA officials, in turn, prepared a justification that such assets are difficult to manage, store, or they quickly deteriorate and may lose their value. Subsequently, the property was evaluated by a company participating in the scheme at a significantly undervalued value. According to it, the property was put up for electronic bidding organized by SE SETAM. In turn, representatives of the state-owned enterprise, participants in the conspiracy, organized the bidding in such a way as to ensure victory for a predetermined private company.

NABU and SAPO obtained evidence of at least four episodes of such illegal activity during 2019.

We previously reported that the HACC had seized Komarnytskyi's property.
