NABU Completes Probe into Former Deputy Minister Topchiy

NABU and SAPO have completed the investigation into the case of suspicion of former Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Volodymyr Topchiy and the former Deputy Head of the Mohyliv-Podilskyi District State Administration of Vinnytsia Oblast in abuses.
This is reported by the press services of the authorities, but they do not mention the names of the suspects. According to media reports, this is about Topchiy.
The SAPO prosecutor has decided to complete the pre-trial investigation into the case against the former Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and the former Deputy Head of the District State Administration, suspected of abuse of office and official forgery, which resulted in millions of losses to the state. Today, NABU detectives, on the instructions of the SAPO prosecutor, have opened the case materials to the defense for review
We will remind, recently the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office reported suspicions to the former Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food, as well as the former Deputy Head of the District State Administration. According to media reports, this is former Deputy Minister Volodymyr Topchiy, who previously held the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Technical Policy in the Agrarian and Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
Subsequently, the High Anti-Corruption Court applied a preventive measure in the form of a bail of UAH 211,960 to former Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Volodymyr Topchiy.
