NABU completed case on theft of ₴15M from Ukrzaliznytsia

NABU and SAPO have completed investigating the case on suspicion of four people in embezzling funds of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" in the amount of over UAH 15 million during public procurement of paints and linoleum.

This is reported by the press services of the authorities.

According to media reports, the suspects in the case are the former deputy head of the Production Support Center branch of Ukrzaliznytsia JSC, Oleksiy Onisymyuk, head of the department for providing materials for operational activities of the Central Production Support Branch of UZ, Natalia Chorna, director of TD Prombiznes LLC, Vladyslav Ivanov, and owner of SKS Medical Group LLC, Artem Solodkin.

The SAPO prosecutor has decided to complete the pre-trial investigation in the case of four people suspected of embezzling funds of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" in the amount of over UAH 15 million during public procurement of paints and linoleum. Today, on the instructions of the SAPO prosecutor, NABU detectives opened the case materials to the defense for review. The actions of the suspects were qualified under Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine

Earlier it became known that the HACC extended the term of office of the former deputy director of the Production Support Center branch of Ukrzaliznytsia JSC, Oleksiy Onisymyuk, until September 25.
