The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a hearing on March 31 on the appeal against the decision to remove Petro Olenych from the position of Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration. However, the Head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Vitaliy Klitschko, has already dismissed him from his position.

This is stated in the decision of the AC HACC.

As is known, the anti-corruption court suspended Olenych from his position. On March 13, Klitschko announced that he had dismissed his deputy from his position. However, the defense still appealed the suspension.

Recall that at the end of February this year, Petro Olenych, who is suspected of land corruption, was released from custody on bail in the amount of UAH 15 million .
