Pedus has bail reduced in bribery case involving prosecutors image

The High Anti-Corruption Court has reduced the bail set for lawyer Oleksiy Pedus from UAH 1,073,600 to UAH 775,600. The SAPO accuses him of inciting the accused to bribe prosecutors of the Slobozhansk District Prosecutor's Office of Dnipropetrovsk region.

As is known, the anti-corruption court arrested lawyer Pedus with the alternative of 1.07 million UAH bail. This money was paid for the lawyer and he was released from custody under obligations. The accused himself asked the court to change his preventive measure by reducing the amount of bail.
