HACC to try ex-RMA deputy head over ₴9.2M fraud case image

The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled for consideration the case against the former deputy head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Muratov, and the head of the public procurement monitoring department of the RMA, Andriy Notevsky, for abuse of UAH 9.2 million.

To schedule a trial in open court on the basis of the indictment in criminal proceedings on charges of (Muratov – ed.) in committing criminal offenses provided for in Part 4 of Article 190, Part 3 of Article 27, Part 2 of Article 28, Part 2 of Article 364, Part 2 of Article 15, Part 4 of Article 27, Part 3 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and (Notevsky – ed.) in committing a criminal offense provided for in Part 2 of Article 28, Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, in the premises of the High Criminal Court of Ukraine at 2:10 p.m. on April 22, 2025

We previously reported that the Supreme Court of Ukraine did not return to the prosecutor of the SAPO the indictment against Oleg Muratov and the head of the public procurement monitoring department of the RMA Andriy Notevsky for the abuse of UAH 9.2 million.
