SAPO appeals ₴10M bail set for Prykhodko

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office filed a complaint about the amount of bail set as an alternative to detention for the former head of the Main Department of the State Geocadastre in the Kyiv region, Lyudmila Prykhodko, in the case of land seizure in the region.

As is known, Germany extradited suspect Prykhodko to Ukraine . The Anti-Corruption Court arrested her with the alternative of 10 million UAH bail. The SAPO prosecutor filed a complaint regarding the amount of bail.

On May 26, 2025, the AC of the HACC received an appeal from the prosecutor against the ruling of the investigating judge dated May 21, 2025 regarding the application to the suspect (Prykhodko - ed.) of a preventive measure in the form of detention with the determination of an alternative preventive measure in the form of bail with the imposition of obligations. In the appeal, the prosecutor requests to cancel the appealed ruling in the part of determining the amount of bail and in this part to issue a new one, which would determine (Prykhodko) a preventive measure in the form of bail in the amount of UAH 50,001,364
