SAP Filed Case Against Zaporizhzhia Regional Council Deputy
The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office has sent an indictment to the court against the Deputy Chairman of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Council, Vladyslav Kutsenko, and two other individuals for providing more than UAH 650,000 in illegal benefits to the director of the "Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine".
This was reported by the press service of the SAPO, without specifying the names of the accused. According to media reports, this concerns Kutsenko, his assistant Oleksandr Chyzhelikov, and Zaporizhzhia Regional Council deputy Vyacheslav Kolesnikov.
On January 2, 2025, the SAPO prosecutor, based on the materials of the NABU pre-trial investigation, sent an indictment to the court charging the deputy chairman of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Council, his assistant and a deputy of the said council with providing over 650 thousand UAH of illegal benefit to one of the directors of a healthcare institution. The persons face a penalty of imprisonment for a term of 5 to 10 years with or without confiscation of property
Vladyslav Kutsenko and Oleksandr Chyzhelikov are suspects in the EBK base.
