The higher anti-corruption court will consider a lawsuit for the civil confiscation of the real estate of Volodymyr Khymych, the head of the Verkhnyokoropetska village council of the Mukachiv district of the Zakarpattia region, worth more than UAH 2.6 million.

As indicated, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit to declare a residential building with a total area of ​​242 square meters as unfounded assets. m and the land under it with an area of ​​0.0611 ha of Khymych's wife, which are located in Mukachevo. SAP asks to collect UAH 2.63 million from them. Also, the prosecutor's office asked to seize real estate to secure the lawsuit.
