SAPO Sends Skorobahach Case to Court image

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office sent the court an indictment against the members of an organized group whose criminal actions during the sale of electricity during the war caused losses to PJSC NPC Ukrenergo in the amount of over UAH 58 million.

This was reported by the press service of the SAPO. According to media reports, the former deputy chairman of the Kharkiv Regional Council Volodymyr Skorobagach, the former director of Powerstock LLC Denis Khokhlachev, and the current head of this company Iryna Khasianova are accused in the case.

The SAPO prosecutor, based on the materials of the NABU pre-trial investigation, sent to the court an indictment against the members of an organized group whose criminal actions during the sale of electricity during the war caused losses of over UAH 58 million to PJSC NPC Ukrenergo. The actions of the former deputy chairman were qualified as crimes under Part 3 of Article 27, Part 5 of Article 191, Part 3 of Article 27, Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The director of a private company was charged with a crime under Part 5 of Article 191, Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and the founder of a private company was charged with Part 5 of Article 27, Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
