SAPO to Send Granovsky Case to Court in October
After October 3, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office will send an indictment to the court against former People's Deputy Oleksandr Granovsky for embezzlement of funds from JSC "Odesa Portside Plant".
Set a deadline of October 3, 2025 for the defense to familiarize themselves with the materials of the pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings, after which the defense and the victims will be considered to have exercised their right to access the materials of the pre-trial investigation in the specified criminal proceedings.
The court also decided to raise before the authorized bodies the issue of disciplinary liability of the following lawyers: Goncharenko P.V., Knyazyuk O.V., Krykun-Trush A.V., Kruhovy D.S., Polozhishnyk V.V. and Eremenko A.V.
Oleksandr Granovsky is a suspect in the EBK database.
We also reported that the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court returned the notice of suspicion to former People's Deputy Oleksandr Granovsky, which had previously been canceled by the investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
