The press service of the SAPO reports this, but does not mention the names of the defendants.

According to "Slovo i dilo", we are talking about Horvat, former director of the state enterprise "Agroindustrial firm "Leanka" Yuriy Shestakov, former head of the Main Department of the State Geocadastre in the Transcarpathian region Svitlana Melnychuk, director of LLC "STOV "Continent" Vitaliy Hanych, and lawyer Volodymyr Kostyuchenko.

On July 18, 2025, the SAPO and NABU sent an indictment to the Supreme Court of Criminal Appeals against the current People's Deputy of Ukraine, former head of the Main Department of the State Geocadastre in the Transcarpathian region, former director of the state enterprise "Agroindustrial Firm "Leanka", director of a private enterprise and lawyer, who were exposed in the seizure of land plots with an area of over 320 hectares, which caused losses to the state of almost UAH 127 million

– informs the prosecutor's office.

Robert Horvat is a figure in the EBK database.

Recall, NABU and SAPO reported suspicions to People's Deputy Robert Horvat and three other individuals. According to the investigation, in 2016-2019, the politician, having influence over officials of the State Geocadastre of Transcarpathia, developed a scheme to seize land plots with a total area of 323 hectares. These lands were in permanent use of the State Enterprise "Leanka".

According to the criminal plan, the director of the State Enterprise "Leanka" was to renounce the right to use the land and apply to the regional State Geocadastre with a corresponding application. After the termination of the right to use, the head of the regional State Geocadastre issued the land plots to predetermined individuals, who subsequently sold them to a company controlled by the organizer of the scheme. As a result of such actions, the state suffered more than 123 million UAH in losses.

We previously reported that the court did not support the consolidation of cases against former People's Deputy Onyshchenko.

We also wrote that the court extended the duties of People's Deputy Marchenko for two months.
