SAP suspects People's Deputy Allahverdieva of illegal enrichment

Prosecutors of the SAP reported on the suspicion of illegal enrichment of more than UAH 20 million to the current People's Deputy from "Servant of the People" Irina Kormyshkinii (previous name - Allahverdiyeva).

On October 16, 2024, on the instructions of the head of the Specialized Anti-corruption Prosecutor's Office, the prosecutor of the SAP reported the suspicion of illegal enrichment to a current People's Deputy of Ukraine

The investigation established that in 2021-2022, the people's representative acquired assets that exceed the official income and savings for this period by more than UAH 20 million.

With the funds received as unsubstantiated assets, the People's Deputy of Ukraine subsequently purchased a house near Odessa, where she lives, through a legal entity.

The actions of a People's Deputy of Ukraine are qualified under Art. 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Iryna Kormyshkina (Allahverdiyeva) is a figurehead of the EBK base.
