SAP seeks to seize assets of Rivne community head

The specialized anti-corruption prosecutor's office is requesting the confiscation of the property of the head of the village council in the Rivne region worth almost UAH 5.8 million.
This was reported by the press service of the SAPO.
According to media reports, this is the head of the Mlynivka village council, head of the Mlynivka village territorial community, Dmytro Levytsky.
On February 5, 2025, the SAPO prosecutor filed another lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court to declare the assets used by the head of the village council in the Rivne region, worth almost UAH 5.8 million, unfounded and to recover them to the state revenue (civil confiscation)
Based on the materials of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, it was established that at the end of 2019, the official's mother-in-law concluded a contract to purchase a residential building with an area of 230 sq. m and a land plot with an area of 831 sq. m, located in Rivne, for the amount of almost 4.2 million UAH, the funds for which were paid by the end of 2021.
In addition, it was established that in 2023 the official's family acquired a boat worth almost UAH 1 million, as well as a land plot and a special truck.
However, after analyzing the income and expenses of the official's family and his relatives, it was established that it was impossible to acquire the specified property from legal sources. Given the above, the SAPO prosecutor filed a lawsuit with the court to declare assets worth almost 5.8 million UAH unfounded and recover them to the state's revenue.
According to media reports, this concerns a house in Rivne and a land plot under it with an area of 0.0831 hectares on Kniazya Volodymyra Street; a Sylvan Mirage Cruise 8524 LZ boat built in 2010; another land plot in the village of Moshkiv in the Rivne region with an area of 0.25 hectares and a specialized truck of the KMZK brand G6-OTA-3.9, manufactured in 2013. The specified property has been seized by the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court.
