SAPO sends case of Volyn district court head to trial image

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office has sent an indictment to the court against the head of one of the district courts of the Volyn region and an intermediary for inciting to provide illegal benefits and fraudulently misappropriating funds.

This was reported by the press service of the SAPO. According to media reports, this concerns the head of the Rozhyshchenskyi District Court of Volyn, Ivan Silich, and the mediator, Oleh Panchenko.

The SAPO prosecutor, based on the materials of the pre-trial investigation of the NABU, sent to the court an indictment charging the head of the district court of the Volyn region and the intermediary with incitement to provide illegal benefit and misappropriation of funds by fraud. The head of the court and the intermediary are charged with committing crimes under Part 4 of Article 27, Part 2 of Article 15, Part 3 of Article 369 and Part 3 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine
