Shurma and brother appeal in absentia arrest
Former Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Rostyslav Shurma and his brother Oleh filed an appeal against the chosen preventive measure in absentia in the case of the misappropriation of UAH 141 million on the "green" tariff.
As is known, the High Anti-Corruption Court arrested Shurma and his brother in absentia. Their defense lawyers have filed appeals against these decisions.
