HACC Panel to Hear Case Against Ex-State Property Fund Head
The High Anti-Corruption Court will collectively hear criminal proceedings against the former head of the State Property Fund, Dmytro Sennychenko, for creating a criminal organization and other individuals participating in it, which caused losses to the state in the amount of over UAH 700 million.
To consider the criminal proceedings in the court of first instance collegially by a court of three judges. To schedule a preparatory court session for October 21, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the premises of the High Anti-Corruption Court
NABU and SAPO reported in absentia the suspicion of the former head of the State Property Fund Dmytro Sennychenko in the creation and leadership of a criminal organization. In addition to him, 8 more people were suspected. Later, the suspicions were renewed for him and other defendants.

Earlier, the SAPO prosecutor also sent the court an indictment in the case of a criminal organization headed by the former head of the State Property Fund, Dmytro Sennychenko. The actions of the defendants caused the state more than 700 million UAH in losses.
