Court rejected return of Muratov’s indictment image

The High Anti-Corruption Court did not return to the prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office the indictment against the former deputy head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration Oleg Muratov and the head of the public procurement monitoring department of the OVA Andriy Notevsky for the abuse of UAH 9.2 million.

Muratov's defense attorney asked the court to return the indictment to the SAPO prosecutor, as it allegedly does not comply with the norms of the Criminal Procedure Code.

To refuse to grant the defense attorney's motion to return the indictment in criminal proceedings. The verdict shall enter into force from the moment of its announcement and shall not be subject to separate appeal.
