Court cuts Hrynkevych bail to UAH 30 million
The Solomyanskyi District Court of Kyiv has extended the preventive measure for Roman Grynkevich, suspected of supplying low-quality clothing to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He will be held in a pre-trial detention center with the right to post a bail of UAH 30 million. This became known from a broadcast from the courtroom, which was brought to the attention of Suspilne. In total, over two years, the amount of bail for Roman Hrynkevich has decreased from UAH 500 million to UAH 30 million.
The prosecutor insisted on continuing Roman Grynkevich's arrest with the alternative of UAH 30.3 million bail due to the risk of fleeing abroad or hiding from the investigation. In return, the suspect's lawyer Kostyantyn Doroshenko requested a milder preventive measure, in particular, to determine the amount of bail that Hrynkevich would be able to pay. Currently, Roman Grynkevich's business and property are under arrest.
What did the Grynkevichs do to simply destroy them in a detention center? An ordinary economic matter, nothing special. The supply of certain goods to the Armed Forces of Ukraine is not only a mission that must be carried out in order to ensure the defense capability of our army, but also money. And in order to change certain companies that provide such material support, the following events are taking place. However, the court left Roman Grynkevich in custody and reduced the bail by UAH 1 million. After the hearing, the lawyer reported that the bail of UAH 30.3 million is exorbitant for his client, and there are no people willing to pay it.
