Odesa judge appeals bribery verdict
The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court will consider an appeal against the verdict sentencing Lyudmila Saltan, a judge of the Kyiv District Court of Odessa, to 6 years in prison for receiving $4,000 in illegal gain.
As is known, the HACC found Lyudmila Saltan, a judge of the Kyiv District Court of Odessa, guilty and sentenced her to 6 years in prison. The accused and her defense attorney filed appeals against this verdict.
To open appeal proceedings on the appeals of the accused and her defense attorney against the verdict of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated 06.03.2026 in criminal proceedings on charges of committing a criminal offense under Part 3 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. To set a deadline of up to and including April 24, 2026, within which the participants in the legal proceedings may file objections to the appeals
